After I left high school for a year, I finally realized the importance of a high school diploma. Since I have a younger brother and sister to take care of, I have no time to go to an adult school every day for two hours. When I was wondering what could I do to earn a high school diploma, my friend just told me about this online school, Dennison Academy. Therefore, I called Mr. Dennison about the details to enter this school, and also considered about the benefit I could get. After talking to Mr. Dennison, I was very sure this is what I needed for my future. As I entered the Senior Studies Program, I learned many things. Every question in each section led me to expand my knowledge in a fast way. For example, in sections B, humanities, I tried four times to pass it. During these four times, I learned from books, encyclopedias, and my mistakes. Whenever some corrections needed to be done, I learned from that. To my own understanding, the Senior Studies Program provided me the chance to learn stuff that I learned in school without spending that much time. Another important benefit I got from the Senior Studies Program is that I can adjust my own time. I can choose when is the best time for me to complete the questions and how many questions I want to do at each time. Moreover, I can take care of other business and do the questions at the same time. For example, I finished my section E, arts/technology, while I was doing the laundry. When I was busy taking care of my family business, I spent a week completing section C, mathematics, one or two questions at a time. I felt no pressure at all to complete these questions. To me, my life is now more meaningful than before. After study in Dennison Academy, I really appreciate the Senior Studies Program, which provides me the chance to earn a high school diploma. And now, I am glad that this almost comes to the end as soon as I finish this last section. This program really helps me for my future planning. As soon as I get the diploma, I will go to a college for a better education, then I can choose a career of what I like. Thanks to the Senior Studies Program. R.T.
