Student must be twelve to seventeen years of age and able to read at grade level. A minor must be enrolled by a parent/guardian.

Tuition is $3000/semester (six months access)--prepaid, no refunds or credits. Study materials, computer, internet, telephone, postage, and other personal expenses are not included.

Dennison Online can be accessed twenty-four hours a day. Parent/guardian and student determine the schedule--twenty hours weekly is recommended. A record of attendance is maintained.

Student agrees to do own work, but may get help with assignments. Grades and credits depend solely on the quality and quantity of work completed, as evaluated by the faculty--not on time enrolled or tuition paid or any other basis. Any willful misrepresentation may result in termination of access.

Dennison Online strives to maintain high academic and technical standards. As a condition of enrollment, however, parent/guardian and student assume any risks and liabilities that may result therefrom.

Parent/guardian and student covenant with Dennison Online to respect all copyrights and trademarks, to keep student's user name and password secret, and to not give anyone else access to Dennison Online.

Parent/guardian and student represent that they are enrolling for the purpose of obtaining an education, not for any hidden, unethical, or illegal purpose, and that all of the information they provide is true and complete.

Breach of this contract may result in termination of access, loss of academic credit, and legal action.
